CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read this policy carefully!!! I value my business and ask that you respect my time and policies. Orders are processed within 4 days to 2 weeks, depending on size and complexity. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order!! They will be a full payment due for last-minute orders. Once your arrangement is picked up, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss. Delivery service info here: We can arrange meetups at designated locations, Delivery services are available for $$10to $45, depending on location. Let me know within 24 hour before.. of you wanting me wait on my location spot or if you change the location also. A $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes or I will cancel the appointment!!! I Services are limited to Benton, AR, Bryant, AR, and Little Rock, AR 📍!! Also do pickup! Non-refundable deposits!!! Regarding payment, the add-on will be settled in full. A 50% deposit is required for the bouquet only, with the remaining balance to be paid during our meeting. Please note that failure to communicate within the next 15 minutes or a no-show without notice will necessitate full payment for the next order. We kindly request notification if you anticipate any delays. After 30 minutes, appointments may be cancelled without a refund. Let me know if you wanting to reschedule appointment within 24 hours before you appointment! No-shows with have additional a 30% charge. You wanting to cancel your appointment there will be a 30%!!!
